At The Practice At Mortlake we are lucky to have a fantastic team of professionals. We have known each other for many years and we have the same philosophies with regard to the treatment and care that we provide.

The whole team is dedicated to completing regular continuing professional development to ensure that our dental treatment and the customer service that we offer is of the highest possible standards.

Dentists

• Nick Benger. NIck is the owner and principal of the Practice At Mortlake. Nick qualified in 1990 at University College London and since that time spent most of his career in general practice. His special interest is implant dentistry and he has completed post graduate training in all aspects of modern implant dentistry and plastic surgery. This includes a year long study associated with MANDEC - Manchester University, and further studies at New York, Graz University Austria and Antwerp. When he is not at the practice he sits on the advisory board of CODE, the Confederation of Dental Employers, a body that helps and advises dentists throughout the UK on cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.
   
• Elaine Cole. Elaine qualified at Sheffield University in 1983. Elaine initially worked in general practice and the community service before working at the British Airways Dental Service for fifteen years. Elaine gained membership to the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, Royal College of Surgeons in 1991. Elaine joined our team in 2006 and is a highly skilled general and restorative dentist with a special interest in preventative and cosmetic dentistry.
   
• Tim Wrigley. Tim qualified at the Royal London Hospital in 1985. Tim has practised in the hospital, community services and in general practice. Tim also worked for the British Airways Dental Service for fifteen years as a company dentist and more recently as Head of Dental Services. Tim gained membership to the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, Royal College of Surgeons in 1991 and has subsequently acted as a mentor and educator for the college. Tim provides a full range of dental treatments and has a special interest in endodontics (root treatments) and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

Hygienists

• Lida Basson. Lida qualified at Stellenbosch University, Cape Town in 1994 and worked in general practice for five years. Lida moved to the U.K. in 2000 and furthered her studies at Guys Dental Hospital London. Since that time Lida has  been working with our team here in Mortlake. Lida performs all aspects of hygienist treatments and has further training in cosmetic tooth whitening and power whitening.
   
• Bernadette Rennick. Bernadette qualified at The Royal Dental School in 1983 and has worked in general practice where she continues to enjoy all aspects of her job. Joining our practice in 2010, Bernadette is the newest member of our team and she brings a wealth of experience regarding the complex treatment of gum conditions with her to the practice.
